Start the transfer of your domain

To avoid problems during the transfer process you need to check the following pre-requisites:
1. Ensure that your domain is 'unlocked' (not locked for transfers) in the current provider.
2. Ensure that you have access to the admin contact's email address of the domain.
3. You have requested from your current registrar and have in your hands the EPP key (Some registrars call it: EPP code, EPP authorization code, Auth Code, Transfer Key, AuthInfo Code, Authorization Code or Transfer Auth Code).

Note: Before you can transfer your domains from another registrar you need to create an account with us (if you have not already done so) in order to access the management interface (control panel) and request the transfer of your domains.
