The Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the level of service you will receive from us with our Managed Hosting solutions. All our Managed Hosting solutions are accompanied by an SLA which details the level of service you should expect to receive. This SLA is customized and based on requirements of your hosting solution and the level of service you choose.
Level 1 Intervention (GIT) (without personalised diagnostic) < 1 hour
Level 1 Guaranteed Repair Time (GRT) (without personalised diagnostic) < GIT + 2 hours
